No -- anyone can subscribe. This pricing is really built for people checking properties regularly, though. If you only need a handful of addresses, individual reports on our pricing page -- $4.99 for an Expanded Score or $49 for ProperQi™ Match, no subscription required -- are likely cheaper.

If I cancel, do I lose access to addresses I already unlocked?
Expanded unlocks from the $39/month plan are yours for that address for good, same as a direct $4.99 purchase. ProperQi™ Match access from the $149/month plan is different -- it's tied to an active subscription, so it stops once you cancel unless you separately hold a Match credit for that address.
