Every tier starts from the same real address data. Higher tiers don't promise a "better" answer, but they widen the picture whether you're deciding on a home or already living in one you'll likely stay in for years.
"Information is a form of respect. The bigger the decision, the more transparency we owe the person making it."
A quick note before you compare tiers: Feng ShuiFeng ShuiPronounced "fung-shway." A centuries-old Chinese practice for reading how a building's shape, layout, and orientation interact with the people living in it. "Feng Shui" literally translates to "wind-water" -- the idea that a home sits inside a flow of natural forces the same way it sits inside actual wind and water, and that arranging a home thoughtfully within that flow matters.
Full glossary → is a tradition of judgment, not arithmetic, and no automated tool, including this one, captures every nuance a professional consultation would. Each paid tier below is meant to give you more information to weigh, not a guarantee of a "good" or "bad" home. See our full methodology and its limitations. The ProperQi™ Ladder
Every tier answers a different question about a home. Start with the address, then go deeper only if you want to.
“What's this address's energy?”
We refine our methodology over time, so your score for an address can be recomputed and shift slightly as we add or improve factors, never a sign anything is wrong.
More factors. Deeper insight.
Requires a floor plan: upload a photo/PDF, paste rough dimensions, or start from a sample layout. Stands alone; no other tier needed.

“What's happening room by room?”
Each tier is additive, not a different product. Free starts every address, Expanded & Floor Plan go deeper on the property, and ProperQi™ Match is the only tier about the person. Each one is its own read, built for a different question: serious insight, without a serious price tag.
Every paid tier is a standalone purchase, so buy exactly the depth you want, in any order.
No. Each paid tier is independent, so go straight to the $29 Floor Plan ProperQi™ Score or the $49 ProperQi™ Match without ever buying the $4.99 Expanded ProperQi™ Score, if that's what you want.
That's worth paying attention to. Our scoring is built from real map data, but that data can be incomplete or outdated, and Feng Shui itself involves judgment calls a heuristic can't fully capture. Treat every tier as one more input into your own decision.
Not necessarily. Higher tiers add more information, including things that could lower your ProperQi™ Score just as easily as raise it. The goal is a fuller picture, not a flattering one.
No. This is a heuristic tool meant to inform your thinking on a major, long-term decision, whether you're still weighing one or already living with one you made, not to replace an expert who can walk the actual site and layout with you.
"A home is never just square footage. It's an environment that quietly shapes a life, and that's worth taking seriously."
Whether you're deciding on a home or already living in one, it's a decision most people live with for years. We'd rather sell you honest, layered information than a single "perfect" ProperQi™ Score, which is why each tier exists on its own, and why we're upfront that none of them are a guarantee.
