These terms govern the $39/month For Professionals subscription (the "Subscription"), in addition to -- not instead of -- the general Terms of Service that apply to everyone using FengShuiIQ.com and the ProperQi™ Score.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By checking "I agree to the Professional Subscription Terms" before starting checkout on the For Professionals page, you accept this version of these terms. We log which version you accepted and when. If we materially change these terms, continuing to use the Subscription after that change means you accept the update.
2. Eligibility
The Subscription is priced and built for people checking properties regularly -- real estate, interior design, and architecture professionals, and anyone else with a recurring need for ProperQi™ reports. There's no license or credential requirement to subscribe. If you only need a handful of addresses, individual reports on our pricing page are likely a cheaper option than the Subscription.
3. The subscription and what's included
An active Subscription includes:
- Unlimited Expanded ProperQi™ Score unlocks, in place of the standard $4.99 per-address price
- Up to 88 saved addresses on your comparison panel, up from 2 on a free account (8 once you've unlocked a report)
4. Trial period, billing, and cancellation
4.1 The Subscription is $39/month, billed to the payment method you provide at checkout, until canceled.
4.2 New subscriptions start with a 30-day free trial. Your payment method is charged for the first time at the end of the trial, not before, unless you cancel first.
4.3 Trial disclosure. Before you start checkout, the For Professionals page will show the trial length, and -- once your trial has begun -- the exact date you'll first be charged. Canceling before that date means you are never charged.
4.4 You can manage or cancel your Subscription at any time from the billing portal (linked from the For Professionals page once subscribed).
4.5 Cancellation timing. Canceling does not immediately revoke access. Your Subscription remains active through the end of the period you've already paid for (or, if canceled during the trial, through the end of the trial), and simply doesn't renew after that.
5. What the ProperQi™ Score is (and isn't)
Every ProperQi™ Score generated through your Subscription is a heuristic, informational estimate based on public map, elevation, parcel, and hydrography data.
6. No professional advice; not an appraisal
A ProperQi™ Score is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not an appraisal, a property inspection, or professional housing-decision advice, and shouldn't be the sole basis for a client's (or your own) purchase, sale, or other major real estate decision. This reminder appears directly on every generated score, not just here.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Subscription and the Service are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Anti-spam / email compliance
Client-facing emails sent through the Subscription (score reports, scheduled follow-ups, and similar communications) are sent by us, on your instruction, to a single recipient you specify -- not as a bulk or marketing list. Each such email includes our physical mailing address (16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958) and a way to opt out of receiving further messages like it, consistent with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act. Misusing this feature to send unsolicited bulk email is a violation of these terms.
9. Acceptable use
Please don't:
- Share your Subscription login for resale
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service
- Misrepresent a ProperQi™ Score as a professional Feng Shui, real estate, or legal opinion
10. Intellectual property
"Feng Shui IQ," "ProperQi," and associated logos are our trademarks. The Service's design, text, and underlying software are our property or licensed to us.
11. Termination
You can cancel at any time (see Section 4.5). We may suspend or terminate a Subscription for anyone who violates these terms, including the eligibility attestation in Section 2 or the acceptable-use terms in Section 9.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feng Shui IQ Inc. won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Subscription, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, if any.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Subscription, including sending unsolicited email through the Subscription or misrepresenting your eligibility under Section 2.
14. Dispute resolution

15. Changes to these terms
If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the version and date at the top of this page, and log the new version against your account the next time you accept it.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
