Any advice, consultation, or recommendation you receive from a practitioner listed in this directory is independent of Feng Shui IQ Inc. Feng Shui IQ operates the directory and the ProperQi™ Score tool -- it does not employ, supervise, or guarantee the work of any listed practitioner, and is not a party to whatever arrangement you make with one.
These terms govern the $39/month Practitioner Directory listing subscription (the "Listing"), in addition to -- not instead of -- the general Terms of Service that apply to everyone using FengShuiIQ.com and the ProperQi™ Score.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By checking "I agree to the Practitioner Directory Terms" before starting checkout on the practitioner application page, you accept this version of these terms. We log which version you accepted and when. If we materially change these terms, continuing to maintain a Listing after that change means you accept the update.
2. Independent-practitioner relationship
2.1 You are an independent professional, not an employee, agent, contractor, or representative of Feng Shui IQ Inc.. Nothing in these terms, the Listing, or the directory creates an employment, partnership, joint-venture, or agency relationship between you and Feng Shui IQ Inc..
2.2 Feng Shui IQ Inc. does not supervise, direct, or review the Feng Shui advice, consultations, or services you provide, and takes no position on their quality, accuracy, or outcome. Any dispute, dissatisfaction, or claim arising from services you provide is between you and your client -- not Feng Shui IQ Inc..
3. Vetting and eligibility
3.1 Every application is reviewed manually before a Listing goes live -- you'll submit a profile and a short questionnaire (school/lineage, years practicing, references, a statement of your approach) as part of applying.
3.2 Review confirms your submission is complete and plausible, not that your training, certifications, or claimed experience have been independently verified against any outside registry or licensing body. Listing in this directory is not a certification, endorsement, or guarantee of skill by Feng Shui IQ Inc..
3.3 We may decline an application, or remove an existing Listing, at our discretion -- including for incomplete or misleading questionnaire answers, unresolved client complaints, or violation of Section 8's acceptable-use terms. A declined or removed Listing doesn't entitle you to a refund of that billing period's payment beyond what Section 5 already provides.
4. Billing and cancellation
4.1 The Listing is $39/month, billed to the payment method you provide at checkout, until canceled.
4.2 Billing begins at checkout -- there is no free trial period for a standard Listing (a discounted or free introductory period may be offered separately to an initial "founding practitioner" cohort; if you were offered one, its own terms govern that period).
4.3 Your Listing may be billing-active while still pending review (Section 3) -- you're not charged extra for review time, and review typically doesn't take long, but the subscription clock and the review clock run independently.
4.4 You can manage or cancel your Listing at any time from the billing portal (linked from your practitioner dashboard once subscribed). Canceling does not immediately remove your Listing -- it remains live through the end of the period you've already paid for, then comes down.
5. Client inquiries and lead data
5.1 A visitor who contacts you through your Listing submits their message through an on-platform inquiry form. Feng Shui IQ Inc. receives and retains that inquiry (contact details and message) as part of operating the directory; you receive the inquiry content forwarded to you, but the underlying record -- and the visitor's contact information beyond what's included in that forward -- is not transferred to you or added to any list you control.
5.2 If you respond and a working relationship begins, whatever the visitor shares with you directly from that point forward is between the two of you, subject to Section 2.
5.3 Don't use the inquiry system to harvest contact information for purposes outside of responding to that specific inquiry.
6. Your listing content
6.1 You're responsible for the accuracy of your profile, bio, credentials, and questionnaire answers. Don't misrepresent your training, certifications, years of experience, or affiliations.
6.2 You grant Feng Shui IQ Inc. a non-exclusive license to display your submitted profile content (photo, bio, credentials, and similar) within the directory and in directory-related promotion.
7. What the directory is (and isn't)
The directory is a listing and referral service. Feng Shui IQ Inc. facilitates the introduction between you and a prospective client -- it is not a broker, agent, or party to any engagement, payment, or contract between you and that client, and takes no fee or commission on work you perform.
8. Acceptable use
Please don't:
- Represent yourself as an employee, agent, or official representative of Feng Shui IQ Inc.
- Represent the ProperQi™ Score, or a score-related tool, as your own work
- Use the inquiry system to send unsolicited marketing unrelated to a specific inquiry
- Share your Listing login for resale, or list on behalf of someone who wasn't vetted
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Listing and the Service are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, continuous availability, or fitness for a particular purpose -- including any warranty about inquiry volume, lead quality, or business outcomes from being listed.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feng Shui IQ Inc. won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your Listing or your use of the directory -- including damages arising from services you provide to a client you were connected with through the directory (see Section 2) -- and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, if any.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Feng Shui IQ Inc. against claims arising from services you provide, misrepresenting your credentials or eligibility under Section 3, or your misuse of the inquiry system under Section 5.
12. Intellectual property
"Feng Shui IQ," "ProperQi," and associated logos are our trademarks. The Service's design, text, and underlying software are our property or licensed to us.
13. Termination
You can cancel at any time (see Section 4.4). We may suspend or remove a Listing for anyone who violates these terms, including the eligibility/vetting terms in Section 3 or the acceptable-use terms in Section 8.
14. Dispute resolution

15. Changes to these terms
If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the version and date at the top of this page, and log the new version against your account the next time you accept it.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
